Anyhow, the other day I had someone supreme about 15 pieces of citrus and that person had a look on their face like it was the biggest pain in the a**. I've seen that same reaction on other people at other workplaces as well. Are they serious?!? Makes me  Just wondering what other complaints other managers have to hear...

I bought one of these just for making osso buco. I found myself using it for a lot more than just that. I make tomato sauce in it, chili, any excuse I have to bust it out, I do. I absolutely...

One of my first internet knives. Great blade. I mean *great* but the handle was a bit weird. Right now it just sits at the bottom of my knife kit.

I've owned one of these for over 3 years now, using it daily. I've never had to sharpen (grind) it, just an occasional run along a fine steel, and it's held a wonderful edge for everyday prep....

Oh where to start,
I want (insert cleaning product here) it's the only stuff that works
We need tylonol/robaxaset/advil/ you name it we want it
we need new omelet pans
the other restaurant got a new bar blender we want one too, this also works for buspans, cutlery, ovens, herpes, you name it they want it
when will tips be ready
can I get my paycheque early
this pay cheque is wrong
why cant I get wireless internet in here (i'm serious)
what do you mean get off your cell phone
what do you mean i cant charge my cell phone
I could go on and on but you learn to tune it out and just deal with the serious challenges but all in all it can be boiled down to one phrase
I WANT BINKY
No I usually say no while they are tying to vocalize the request and this is from managers, oh well it's nice and warm in L.A. so they can whine to someone else for a few days
