What to serve with lobster..

I'm picking up lobsters for dinner tonight and would appreciate suggestions on what to serve with them. Stores are open, lots of variety of produce, etc, no allergies or major dislikes in the crowd.....I'm just tired of the same old same old...

Corn on the cob is out of season :cry: but how about a corn pudding or soufflé with frozen kernels? I just tasted three versions of pudding -- one a soft custard with cream, another a firmer one with lots of cheese, and the last a Tex-Mex version with red bell peppers and chopped green chiles. They were all great.

A favorite seafood restaurant often serves sautéed kale with lots of sliced garlic. Yum!
