Favorite cooking sites on the net?

I am interested in what other member's of the cheftalk cafe favorite cooking, recipe and related favorite web sites are....

Ok let me be the first to say that I sincerely hope that everyone's favorite cooking site on the net is ChefTalk ! I will agree there are other sites that are much more recipe focused and ChefTalk can't really compete in the area.

http://www.ontherail.com/ is pretty neat, also. It also has a section for the waitrons. It's neat to read their postings regarding Anthony Bourdain. Apparently, he isn't as popular with them as he is with us!

There was a article about the stained apron website in the paper here. I visited and read some comments. What I read there makes me want to eat at home for the rest of my life. I couldn't believe restaurant staff could be that discusting.
