:chef:Hello, I'm Roger and I will be traveling throughout the year from Southern Illinois to Boston, Wisconsin, and even out to LA to put on Fundraisers or do special events. I only BBQ the meat! My grill is quite large with a capacity of 300 Pork Butts, 800-1000 Chicken Halves, and 75 Turkeys at one time. Will even cook your food using your receipes.
