hi,
We are having a customer appritiation party at the restrauant i work at. we need to coem up with some appies of finger food for people to eat about 100+ ppl. Anything will be considered. its only standing and meet and greet kinda thing with a buffet type arrangement. so small items would be best. gourmet is better but old traditional stuff will do to.

What are some of your best-selling apps during the course of the year? Regular customers may appreciate old favorites, as well as enjoy new twists on similar flavors.

Smoked walleye stuffed mushrooms.

Smoked walleye(or other fish of choice)
large stuffing mushrooms
garlic butter
bread crumbs

I bake the mushrooms until barely cooked, stuff with the fish(flaked), top with the bread crumbs, drizzle with garlic butter then brown them bread crumb up side under the broiler.

You could do mini-chimichangas, BBQ spare ribs cut into 1/2 bone servings(cut slab in half lengthwise then cook, cut that into single bones servings), buffalo wings are always good finger food......

Well it depends upon your budget, style of food served at the restaurant.....

Gourmet Cheeses, fruits, dried fruit, nuts, crackers....upscale would be to make your own crostini, lavosh, etc.

Charcuterie Selection.....pates, sliced sausages, olives, cornichons, mustards

Vegetable Platter....make it interesting....have a couple of dips....

Shrimp/shellfish display with sauces

Marinated meat skewers with sauces

Stuffed mushrooms, blue cheese/pecan, sausage, duxelle, crab

Sweet table.
