Now that I moved back to Corvallis, I can get my coffee easily from Sivetz Coffee. It's tops. I usually get a darker roast and make it with my Bodum French press. I have them grind it at the shop. Since I only get a half pound at a time, and I store it in the freezer, it stays fresh for the one week or so 'til it's gone.

Michael Sivetz says to store coffee beans (whether whole or frozen) in the freezer in a tightly sealed glass jar, and I follow his advice.
