Besides being Christmas Eve, today is also my 9 year old’s birth day. Somehow, even though we try for it not to be so, her birth day tends to get lost in Christmas. This year I swore that she would not get the short end of the cake stick. Her little brothers always get their super-hero of choice motif and her little sister has had better cakes than her and little sister is only two! I won’t even go into how many cakes big sister has gotten!!! I felt it was time for my Christmas Eve baby to have an over the top cake of her very own.
