Hello evryone.......I am here.
I've been trying to track down an old family pastry recipe for years with no luck.
It's a deep fried (I think) ,almost mini-calzone in appeaeance.
The filling is a mixture of chocolate,chick peas,and vermouth.
Anybody know what this is??
I remember it being called something like "GOFFSOON" (phonetically)
My family was from Bella....30 miles outside of Naples.
