I have just put out 16 los roscon de reyes (Spanish Epiphany Breads) to sell at my cafe tomorrow.

They are rising beautifully! As I laid out the last one, I realized I forgot to put the eggs in the dough! (I thought it was a bit dry, so I added more warm milk and brandy).

Can anyone tell me how this may affect the breads?
