Hello all --

I want to make a fruit-filled cake for my daughter's first birthday. The fruit is still undecided, but any ideas would certainly help. I would like the fruit mixed in with the batter (I'm sure)...not as a layer- but within the cake. I'm not sure of the kind of cake, as she can not yet eat egg whites. I would also prefer the cake to be sugarless...only with the natural sugar from the fresh fruit(s).

Any suggestions?
