My name is Kelly. I have been a chef for 25 years, mostly in high end / fine dining in Santa Fe, NM and in Texas. Now I am in my 3rd year owning and operating my own cafe in Fredericksburg, Texas- Kelly's Cafe. Fredericksburg, a quaint historic town of 10,000 is in the Texas Hill Country 1 hour north of San Antonio and 1.25 hours from Austin. We are also 3.5 hours from Dallas ans Houston which makes us available to millions of potential tourists. Any way I work in my restaurant 6 days a week from morning to night ( open to close ) and I love it. Thats all I do except for a little golf, and working with our new Farmers Market!!
