Just thought I might introduce myself, I'm 14 years old, and I have nothing short of an obsession with cooking. I cook every single one of my own meals at home from scratch. I'm 3/4's Italian and I make every shred my pasta and every drop of sauce from old family recipes, I plan on getting out of Alabama ASAP and scurrying my *** to the Culinary institute of America. I love every single aspect about cooking and plan to build my life around it. I'm not expecting praise for my young age or any of that BS, I'm just here to converse with chefs and learn more about the industry before I go into it. Preciate it guys, Peace.

Hello - your passion is refreshing.
I hope you will have a good look round the site and will contribute to any of the threads that interest you. However, there are a few areas which are for professional cooks only and those in allied fields, so we respectfully ask that non-professionals do not post on the professional areas. BUT, there are lots more where we would be really happy to see you post! There is also an area specifically for cookery students, and you will find much to interest you in those sections, I am sure!
