I am 19. I have 3 years of kitchen experience already. I was in Computer Science, but dropped out due to lack of interest. Now considering doing this as a full time career. I am Canadian, (Winnipeg, Manitoba) and I can get my Red Seal here, but I want to do it right and eventually become someone and go somewhere. There is the C.I.A in New York, orLe Cordon Bleu in France. My parents are going to France for my Dad's sabattical and I really would love to get a grand diplome (culinary arts and pâtissier together), but its 35 000 EUR! I hate having to ask my family for money, as they regard the culinary arts as being a stupid career direction. (dad is a medical researcher) So I am looking at scholarships. Are their any avaliable to apply for?
