Hi,

I recently started a cheesecake recipe web site and have been looking for forums where I can check out information and thoughts on various desserts and in particular, cheesecakes.

A friend found this site today and told me to check it out. I think your forums look great and I look forward to participating.

I hope you will enjoy participating on this site - the skills levels are wide - from 'barely boil water' to masterchefs, and all levels in-between :D
