Hello, I am a line and prep cook (at 2 different restaurants) and have been doing this for about 21/2 years now. I herald from Winnipeg, Manitoba and am planning to get a degree from a culinary school in the near future. I am lucky that the economy in Manitoba has been stable, so the trades and hospitality industry's are booming with good pay and a lot of opportunities.
