I really like the chopped bleu cheese salad that is served at Outback Steakhouse. I have tried to re-create it at home with various recipes I have found on line that say they are the official recipes. So far I have not come up with the same taste and texture. Does anyone have any suggetions on how to make the dressing similar to the one served in the restaurant? Also, does anyone know if the dressing should be made ahead or should it be made right before serving?
