I figured I would tip toe out of the lurker closet and introduce myself. :) My name is Melissa, I am 24 years old, live here in South Jersey (a spit away from Atlantic City) and bake/cook for my own little pleasure. These forums have been very informative and entertaining so far and I definitely hope to interact with you all more.
I am currently checking out culinary schools (ones more geared to Pastry) and hope to enroll in the Falll. (Any tips and/or suggestions are greatly appreciate there as well.. :)
