Seasonal Fruit & Veg

I've got a publishing project underway and I'd appreciate some advice. I'm trying to establish what fruit and vegetables are in season and when for the USA and UK (I've already compiled a list for Australia, from whence I write.) The problem I'm having is that lists of AVAILABILITY abound, but I'm only interested in true seasonality. Can anyone point me toward a source?
Many thanks for your time and cheers,
Jean.

here's a site that organizes the list multiple ways - by state by season if you need to go that far

(this is is all one line, if it doesn't show up that way...)

Here's one source for the UK - it's the BBC's GoodFood website - haven't checked it to see just how inclusive it is, though.

I get weekly emails from 5 farmers markets throughout the US.....seasonality is very different from Southern Louisiana and the midwest....well and from California. By several months.
Good video on the farmer's market site.
