Food to make you Happy

Hi to all you Chef Talk Chefs
I love this friendly site and look forward to making new friends who love the culinary world like I do.

My partner and I own a small food service operation that goes to farmer's markets and using what is available that day, makes food on the fly, and dishes it up to market shoppers. Kind of part cooking demo, part lunch service.

We don't make much money at it, but the response is terrific. People wind up booking us for in house catering and such. Since we only use local ingredients that are currently in season, everything is fresh, we cook what we want, and we are not subject to the "i want this, not that" syndrome of ordinary catering.
Everything is always a bit of a surprise, even to us!

Keeps us on our toes, and we always cook Happy Food!

Hope I can get some new ideas here and keep pace with how the locavore movement is progressing in other parts of the country, er, world.
