If frozen homemade duck stock (made at the beginning of the year) gets defrosted (busted fridge), can it safely be re-frozen and then defrosted and used later?

Before refreezing, boil it hard for at least three minutes, just to be on the safe side.

Actually, you don't have to boil it. According to the CDC, any toxins will be destroyed at 175F. So if you merely bring it up to a simmer, and leave it there for ten minutes, you'll be fine.
The only difference: simmering is gentler on the stock itself.
