well new here and really like the site. I previously owned and operated a full line bakery spcializing i made from scratch breads and pastries. Economy is tough right now. So i have a pretty good background in all areas of baking including cake decorating. Right now i manage a wholesale company that makes thin breads and pita. I am a believer that made from scratch is better than any mix around.
