It's nothing new to this forum probably but here it is anyway...

I started working in kitchens when I was 15 and I've done almost every job there is to do that's even remotely to do with them, from dishwasher to sous chef. About eight years ago I had an idiotic rock star burnout and left the life, I've been entertaining thoughts of going back ever since.

I joined this site to facilitate my fantasy.
