Hello To All..

I've been a professional chef for the last ten years...due to 'economic slowdown', I've decided to fine tune my cooking skills again, taking a position as a line cook....this has provided an incredible learning experience, the cook has an amazing perspective of the professional kitchen! Anyway, glad to be here...
