We have 2 producing Pomegranate Tree's. Last Year I made 3 batches of Jelly and froze about 4 Gallons of Juice in quart Jars. We already finished drinking the Juice, its so delish. Our problem is, we do not have enough freezer space to freeze more juice this year. Would I be able to can the juice in quart jars in a pressure cooker or would that ruin the taste ? Hope someone has some help 4 me. I really don't want to buy another freezer.
