Cookery Weekends

We are a small hotel based in Calne, Wiltshire looking to begin some cookery weekends, where the guests come to stay for the weekend and participate in either a one or two day cookery class. We are doing some initital research at present and I am trying to make some contact with people who are willing and able to teach the cookery classes. If you are, or know know anyone who is please get in contact with me.

um, where is Calne, Wiltshire? sounds British......

Yes your correct, is it is British. In the South-west of England

I have a friend that lives in St. Louis and has parents on the Welsh border....she has an organic log grown shiitake farm in rural Missouri, been at it for 15+ years and has gorgeous presentation, her mushrooms are the "gold standard"....just does not get any better. Anyway, she is in London visiting now and of course at her parents B&B in North England. She's not a cook but has an interesting presentation that would be worthy of a cook then following through with a class using her product. pm me for more info. I've taught classes throughout the years, the wild mushroom one is popular.....
but I'm in USA midwest and not planning on visiting England soon.
