We began last year selling Italian Ice at festivals and events, another companies brand product to test the waters on receptiveness in our area. We had good response, (in spite of the lukewarm product,) so we purchased a batch freezer and are preparing to produce Italian Ice and Sorbets. We are looking to offer them to the retail and wholesale market.

My questions are these:
Do you have a preference of brands of flavors for frozen desert recipes? I am aware of Virginia Dare, National, Star Kay White and Limperts. Have I missed any?

Also, I am looking to offer some organic / natural sorbets, so any brands that are well know for their quality in that arena.
