Hey Everyone,
Just got recommended here from 'ChefBillyB'. I'm a small fast-food restaurant owner, but my menu screams casual/family. I love to put new things on the menu and try out different things, but the biggest restriction is that I am a strictly kosher meat place. This means no dairy whatsoever, and no non-kosher ingredients!
I'm not really trained to be a chef, just love to cook!
I'm hoping to learn a lot from members here, abot more than jsut cooking, but holding, and serving techniques.
I only serve fresh cooked product, and there are only a few things that sit in heat, (rice, grilled topping for burgers/salads, and some sauces. When we give you a meal, it was all raw 10 min ago.
Looking forward to learning a lot!
