Hey! So, the basics... I'm 26, I live in San Diego, CA and I'm thinking about dropping my Masters program for cooking school. I don't know ANYTHING about being a professional cook or even how to go about it... all I know is that I LOVE cooking and I think I'd be happier doing that than pushing papers in HR. :o Can anyone tell me about schools or income or, well, anything!
