First off, thank you for taking the time to join our community and for doing this Q&A. I own many of your books and have probably read any that I don't own. While I have found inspiration in all of them, by far the one that sees the most use is "Sauces." It is a well worn and slightly stained copy that I have had for over 10 years, and one of a handful I reference regularly. My question is, and I'm sure it is a difficult one to answer, what is your favorite of the books you have written and what makes it special to you?
