Hello everybody !!!
Basicly, im a chef from UK ,i worked just outside D.C (in McLean, VA) on a J-1 visa. Im allowed to go back to work at the start of may, which i fully intend to do. I have a visa sponser ( HRC International) im just looking for a place to work.
The thing is that my cullinary experience in McLean was poor, so im looking to work with a strong team with a strong head chef with emphisis on food quality not quantity.
Im currently working in Dubai,in a place called the Burj al Arab, in a french seafood restaurant called Al Mahara as a Chef de Parie.
If anyone can help or has any sugestions or questions, please let me know,
