Hey whatsup everyone. I am new to this forum, well any forum for that matter.

Ive been cooking for about 17 years and ive been a professinal chef for about 13 of those years. But now i am going to try to do a little something on my own and i think that i will have some questions so i thought thisw would be a good place to get familiar with.:cool:
