First timer.... guess you could call me a newbie. Just trying to figure this thing out. Love to cook, love to review cooking products and foods, but mostly, love to EAT! Am newly gluten-intolerant and hoping for some insight into cooking without wheat. Also like to try new recipes and force feed new foods to my family. Looking forward to chatting!

The members here cover the spectrum in abilities, from those just starting out on a cooking journey to masterchefs.

I hope you will have a look around and feel free to start your own thread on any topic or join in when a topic is of interest to you. The only thing we ask is that those of us who are not professionals do not post in the fora reserved for those in the culinary professions. However, I know how interesting I find it to read those fora - and I have picked up quite a few helpful hints from them!

I'm not sure if any of the membership is coeliac - but if you care to post a question about that, I'm sure that there will be lots of help given.
