I tend to use some as a main course and the rest gets portioned out for different purposes.

Breakfast, omelettes, sandwiches, soup(the bone and some meat as a garnish). I usually save some in the freezer for Chinese dishes. Casseroles too, while not haute I still enjoy. Ham and a cheesy au gratin potatoes is a favorite combo of mine.

Try this one slice ham medium , make a stuffing useing bread ,,saute onion, celery, almonds , raisins. pineapple, allspice. Roll ham slices around stuffing. Make a light pineapple sauce or raisin sauce . put rolls in pan top- with sauce. Bake till hot. Serve with sweet potato and any green vege except peas.

I call it Ham Rollades Ananna.

Pea soup? Ham in biscuits is actually quite good.

If you've been "hammed-out", perhaps you want to donate the ham to a food pantry (you might want to check first to see if they will accept it).

I do a great Jamie Oliver ham dish. You boil the ham. Then strip off the rind oven roast - about 1 hour before it is fully cooked you coat with marmalade and finish roasting until crisp.

I know that oranges and ham aren't that common, (although I think Siduri wrote something recently about pork chops with an orange sauce) but his recipe WORKS!

Ham is a favorite of mine in mac and cheese.

Orange is fine with ham: when I heat my pre-cooked country ham for service, I stud it with cloves and coat with a slurry of brown sugar and orange juice.
