Hello everyone,

I have listed myself as a student because I have alot to learn. I actually work as a Pastry and Specials Chef at a restaurant in a small community in northern Maine. Previously I was just a person who loved to cook in my home. I look forward to learning from all of you so that I can provide the people in my community with the best possible yummys I can.:lips:
