Hello and welcome to ChefTalk.
Like you, I am a keen amateur cook, but there are all levels of abilities on here from the very basic to masterchefs!
I hope you will enjoy reading the various fora and then jump in and join in the conversations - or even start your own threads! All we ask is that you do not post in the Professionals' areas - but they are very interesting for us non-professionals to read and I've got quite a few tips from the threads in that part of the site!
