Antipasto Help

Serving an Italian dinner tomorrow to 6 guests and I'm working on an antipasto tray:
Manchego Quince Skewers
Marinated bocconcini
Prosciutto Wrapped Roasted Asparagus

Id like to add 2-4 more items
What else would be good( doesn't have to be truly Italian)?

Thanks

As I said, it doesnt have to be Italian, I just would like soemthing that would fit well with those items, Italian would be best I guess so perhaps I will use some pecorino instead.

Marinated roasted peppers? Just because I love them.
Fennel and orange salad.
Roasted beet wedges with red onion, dressed with lemon juice and olive oil.
And of course some good olives.

The main thing is keeping it light since there will be a whole meal to follow.

Hm, Antipasto IS Italian, is it not?

Do you really mean "appetizers"?

What is the dinner menu? Maybe that will "spark some ideas.

Have you considered:

Caponata di Carciofi?

Crostini di Caprese?

Crab Stuffed Artichoke Crowns

Isuppose it's a bit late now but I hope it all went really well for you. One of my favs for an Antipasto dish would Flat Mushrooms stuffed with Parmesan Cheese and Breadcrumbs.
