Just wanted to take the time out and introduce myself. Im Brian I just moved to the Bay area From NYC . I am the head chef at a restaurant in downtown SF. I'm young but very knowledgeable . I will be the first to admit that I don't know everything and I am always learning Hence the reason why I joined this forum. I hope to learn a great deal while I'm here . Culinary school does not teach you everything and I have a lot to learn . So hopefully we can help each other.

Welcome, Chef! I'm sure you'll learn plenty here, but we hope you'll add to the seasoning of the "stew" here. Everyone has something to contribute. We'll look forward to hearing from you.

I hope you'll look beyond the forums to the blogs, photo gallery, cooking articles and the many other features we have here. It's a good thing we have a search tool to help you dig through it all!

Got to love Frisco, so much going on there, and so close to Napa.
