I am interested in attending pastry & baking program and previously lived in NYC, where the FCI was my choice to attend. However, have just relocated to Miami and here LCB seems to have the program I am interested in. However, not sure what the reputation is of this program/school here in Miami and not finding much via the internet so far.

Anyone have any feedback on this? I plan to speak to some chefs locally, but would like feedback in this forum as well. Many thanks!
