I am a mango lover so I know this is very delicious

That sounds really good. I've had a different type of mango salsa that goes really well with fish. I think it was roughly the same, minus the avocado and tomato.

For Salmon, drop the avocado & tomatoes and substitute strawberries for the Mango.

I love mangoes and mango salsa so I must try this. I think I've tried a salsa before that had both mangoes and peaches. Very tasty.
