Shortly after arriving to work, I went to restock the pond with boneless brown trout.
I reached for an @$$-gasket, and lucky me, two came out together!
The extra layer of micro-thin paper made it feel like I was floating on a porcelain cloud.
What a wonderful experience.
It's going to be a good day!
Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.

It was good while it lasted, but the euphoria has waned.
Pricing new menus in anticpation of the hotel's grand opening next month, a no call - no show from a swing shift cook...it will never be as good as it was this morning.

Unfortunately it never is.....
Taste: The sensation derived from food, as interpreted thru the tongue to brain sensory system.
Flavor: The overall impression combining taste, odor, mouthfeel and trigeminal perception.
