Lounge menu ideas

Hello all...

Looking to open up an upscale lounge in Long Island concentrating mostly on drinks but want an small menu with appetizer items...I have thought of mussels, fondue, and fine cheese plate...I have looked on the Internet but not finding what I want...any ideas for quick, upscale appetizers?

Try and plan it on things that have long life(mussels do not) How about spinach, mushroom and artichoke dip.
Conch Fritters, firecraker sauce. Brie en croute with grapes, stuffed mushrooms, assorted dim sum with 3 sauces.. Also go into a cheesecake factory check out their appis. Crabmeat sliders with chves is one I just started.:D

How about Crab Cakes, Bacon Wrapped Scallops, Calamari, Ceviche, Hummus with Pita Chips.

Looks like I am a little heavy on the seafood side today.

When you say drinks, what are we talking about? Real cocktails, fancy bottle vodka mocktails, or wine.

finger foods I'd suggest. calamari with a GOOD dipping sauce is always good too.
