Hi Gale. Great to have you here on Chef Talk. I know you keep busy, but I was wondering what you have in the works and how you manage to find time to do all you do. Doesn't seem like there are enough hours in the day!!!
There are not enough hours in the day which is why I am behind on answering all of the question. :)
My husband stays home with the kids while I work and travel. He is very understanding and I call him my trophy husband. My family and business partners are also very understanding which makes it possible for me to do what I do. As for staying organized I use a Franklin Covey planner to stay organized.
