Hi Gale,

I saw you on "At the table with.." program at food network the other day and saw all the yummy things you've made. One thing caught my attention and that is when you said you are always seeking the best Tahitian Vanilla beans. Have you found it? :)

I get my beans through Nielsen Massey in Waukegan Illinois near where I live which are third generation vanilla extract makers. They do a cold pressed process which is just the best and have beans vanilla paste, vanilla powder, all kinds of fun stuff.
