Hi All
Looking forward to meeting all of you. I had my own restaurant for 8 years. Myself and my chef (also my husband) needed a break. So, we are relaxing for a bit before we get back at it.

Hello and welcome to ChefTalk. There are lots of professionals from the culinary trades on here - and I hope you will join in on threads of specific interest to you, or start your own.

Have a look at the older articles and some of the photographs - they make great reading/viewing.
