In New Orleans, within the final 4 shows, you served shrimp & andouille beignets. It was offsite at a Mardi Gras party.

It was one of the most interesting recipes this past season....where did you pull your inspiration?

I'm totally willing to share the recipe. As a matter of fact, it's on bravotv.com. you may find it on Top Chef recipes. My inspiration was New Orleans itself! I wanted to do a savory beignet, so I chose ingredients from a "gumbo" if you will
