In New Orleans, within the final 4 shows, you served shrimp & andouille beignets. It was offsite at a Mardi Gras party.

It was one of the most interesting recipes this past season....where did you pull your inspiration?

Thank you for making it available.....I got it off HULU, but cheftalkers would like to see it if you're willing to share.

I'm totally willing to share the recipe. As a matter of fact, it's on bravotv.com. you may find it on Top Chef recipes. My inspiration was New Orleans itself! I wanted to do a savory beignet, so I chose ingredients from a "gumbo" if you will
