Do your customers ask you to make dishes you prepared on Top Chef? If so how is that working out?

In a word, YES! I do A LOT of beignets, gumbo and those now "famous" and seasonal PEAS. teehee. I'm enjoying it. It gives folks a chance to taste the food that they saw on the show.
