Just came out last week.....Barbara Bryant aka Bryant Family Vineyard co-owner has compiled a cookbook from chefs all over the US. (Trotter, Keller, Brennen,Ripert,etc.....)
ME
Several years ago Barbara shopped at Clayton Farmer's Market and we would share jam we'd made, her's was usually plum or apricot and mine was frais du bois (strawberries) or black raspberries. We visited the winery on a Napa trip, the architect's wife was a good friend....the world just gets smaller. :DAnyway, she asked if I'd contribute recipes for her cookbook.....several years pass with no word of the book, then a year ago I got a few emails from the editor......it's now in print!
Shameless bragging, sorry guys, just wanted to share.:smoking::roll::smiles:
