For many years, I have had this dream of a restaurant. Chefs, pastry chefs, and cooks from all over the U.S. would get together and collaborate on menus, each providing his or skill expertise to make something truly amazing. For like a week at a time, serving food four of those days. I would call the restaurant "The Cooks' Union".

do you mean something like a pavillion where each chef can showcase their work. something sort of like an edible art gallery if you will. (please excuse the grammar, my computer has decided that the question mark key is not necessary)
