I'm making 200 wedding cupcakes with a small 6" cake on top for my cousin's wedding this July. The most I've ever baked was about 3 dozen cupcakes. Does anyone have any tips or advice on going about this planning process?
ie. How many days in advance should I start baking? What kind of stand should I use? what is the best way to transport all of this on a 1 hr car ride? The weather will most likely be warm, so how do I avoid melting frosting on cupcakes? Thanks!
