I'm a home cook living in St. Louis. Have done many private dinner parties. Last gig included grilled beef tenderloin for 60 people. I also teach cooking classes at a local adult learning center. Grill it, roast it, braise it or saute it, it's all about presentation. Cooking is my passion.
